Rules /guidelines link down?

Hi, new to this site, wanted to read up on some rules and guidelines. Tab link states "page not found." Any ideas? Thank you.

I have tried to click on that tab in a couple of different locations and I can't get it to work. It keeps saying page not found. I only bring it up because often times we are told to look there for guidance and...well...anybody else having this issue?

It's a separate module that the info tabs are on we are having issues with.

Till a permanent fix is found the R&Gs should be sticked at the top of each forum.
