A suspension ? on stock rims

Do I need to worry about tires rubbing with Tein HE on a 98. The rims are the base model 98 195 60 15 i think is the stock size. Thanks in advance-Chuy

not sure about the S14 but come to find out my front two struts on Tein HEs have been rubbing on my front tires on my S13 and caused a slow leak. i simply put some 1/4" spacers in the front.
