Stranded in Calgary need help

This is urgent!!!!

I am driving across canada back to Ottawa and my Silvia has gone kaputs on me.
my battery blew and melted my fusebox and my alternator is toast as well.

Can I use any fusebox from other s chassis? I assume I can only rebuild my ca alternator.

Any answers and help would be appreciatted. I am currently stranded in Calgary while I try and source parts. Luckily I have friends in town who took me in.

While I'm not sure the answer to the questions you asked good luck from a fellow calgarian shouldn't be too hard to find parts lots of s chassis around here

Jersthecool, if youre close enough you go always go lend a hand.

It solely depends on how bad everything is.
Is there wiring damage? If your harness is melted to shit because of the fuse box, you're going to have to get a new one of those as well.

You can use a fuse box from another car with a CA18, I'm not sure what the differences are in harnesses from the CA to the SR.

The harness is ok. It's just the fusebox. It's at a shop in town right now. Fingers cross this can be fixed. Sucks when shit like this happens away from home.

I unfortunatley was not able to attend that show. I looked there but no luck. I just posted on drift west. I will post up on beyond. I have been stuck here foever. Why me :(????

Post on calgary kijiji that's the place where I find most local parts and cars, just post up a wanted ad and tell them to contact you immediately. I don't have the parts but would be more than willing to lend a hand, PM me if you need anything.

Ok, so the fuse box has been swapped out now. Another problem has arisen the engine is not recieving fuel or spark. Any one got some suggestions?

try looking under ur dash .. u have relays they can go bad too
