Bad turbo?

I got a rebuilt t28 non ball bearing.. Wouldn't smoke on idle but would smoke a little when taking off and puff out smoke in between shifting gears and then puff out again when putting in neutral from 5th gear.. But now I upgraded my old 2.5 to 3 inch straight pipe and now it's smoking all the time and now dripping oil right where the exhaust and intake part of the turbo is connected.. And the oil turns to this thick sticky oil when it cools down on the ground... Bad turbo or what? Btw this turbo was put together by 3 old t25 and a hks 2530 housing

It is actually burning oil out the tail pipe? Did you buy this turbo from a person you trust? it doesnt sound like the rebuild went very swimmingly.
I would see about getting a refund. IF you are confident that it was installed properly and primed before startup

And the turbo was built using three old/used t25's...?

Yea 3 old t25s with a t25 rebuild kit off eBay... Not funny, I'm just gonna buy a brand new bb t28 thanks for the info
