how can tell if i have a zenki motor or a kouki without having the maf harness and ecu ?

there should be some number coding on the block somewhere. if thats the original clip it came in then check the vin plate on the firewall.

ill check the block see if i find anything ..
its just the motor

It's a Zenki motor.

Kouki engines have Bolt for the valve cover unlike Zenkis or S13 SRs.
