S13 Silvia Bumper Grill Insert

Not sure if any one is interested but I made a small run of replacement S13 Silvia Bumper Grill Inserts. So far I have 6 made, these are a great fit as they are a carbon copy of the Oem part. I would recomending painting them. The polyurethane wants to turn out ivory white and with the black pigment added they turned out slightly gray. They have some water on them in the photos where I was rinsing off the excess dust from sanding the flashing.

you should make some of the s13 aero bumper grills too since those are discontinued. they would sell.

I can make all of those. Only thing is I need the original to make the copies. I have looked into making metal parts as well. It would not be to hard for me to make any thin from aluminum. But I do not have the facilities to safely do any smelting. Once these grills start selling I plan on purchasing, K's bumper lower trim, aero bumper grills, ect. But I need to start some where.

Yeah that would be great. Pm me if you are serious we can get a group buy in to see how many I should make in the first run. The cost on setting up is not to bad but requires a little money. And I can produce about 10 pairs a day by hand.

I have a lot of projects going on right now. But I am fairly certain I could reproduce a; K's ,Q's, and OEM bumper. But first I need a good one to copy from, and more Capitol to fund set up and production. I will be working towards that sort of goal, but one step at a time for me.

Well now these are starting to sell I maybe able to start looking soon for a good aero bumper to work with. Another option maybe if I put together a group buy in on an Aero bumper the funding from that will take care of the cost to make the molds, and then the grills and bumper. If any mods come across this thread I am not trying to start a group buy in at this time just a random thought.

Seen one on ebay last night. Asking price was about as much as a k/q bumper go for -_-

If any one is interested in me reproducing the S13 Silvia GTR grills made of same plastic as the grills I made in this thread please pm me. I am looking at selling them for $100 plus shipping each. Once I build up enough cash from both type of grills I am going to find an aero bumper with grills so I can reproduce those as well. I have some high ambitions of reproducing those hard to get parts.

Ok I got a hold of a RH side USDM passenger side S13 Silvia Aero Grill. I am expecting to have this reproduced by the end of this month. I am going to Offer the first person that has a Great condition LH USDM Drivers side that will trade me their Grill for a copy of mine and a copy of theirs in return. Other wise I am asking $175 shipped for a copy of this grill.
Also I can start reproducing the S13 Silvia GTR Grill, I am going to ask $165 Shipped on it. these are all made out of a dark black urethane plastic resin.

Are you talking about the K's turbo grill, the aero grill, or just the normal grill next to the license plates?

but at this time I am only producing the grills that sit next to the bumper
