SR Question

alright fellas i thinks it's time for me to begin my SR journey and i found a really good price on a SR. only downside to it is that it has 100K. But the thing is that the Guy, he rebuilded the motor with new piston, Rings, rods, Etc. and he blueprinted it. So my question is...Is the motor still reliable? does replacing all these parts and blueprinting the motor make it almost new?
Thanks fellas any help would be apreciated because im really lookin into this motor.

needs timing chain. the engine probably still has the plastic tension side guide which was recalled for its poor lifespan by nissan after the initial run of the 89 KA's.
