Which cities have the highest amount of 240's according to craigslist?

Sadly, the listings on zilvia are becoming overpriced. I am aware of cali and florida having a lot of them but I am not willing to drive more than 12 hours one way to pick up a 240sx. I am located in Chicago, Illinois. I know that Atlanta has quite a lot of 240s for sale on craigslist. Anywhere else? I go on craigslist quite a lot and I find myself jumping from city to city all over the USA. Getting quite old.

So many people out of high school looking for 240sx. I mean, what for? Stock, it's nowhere near "sporty." Everything on the car has to be overhauled.

Competitive-wise in sanctioned events? Plenty of clean EFs and EGs. Lot of "clean" Miatas. Hell, for cheapest legal "road to road racing," no other class is cheaper other than SPEC MIATA.

Is it the looks? It's pretty dated and not holding up its age anymore. Aftermarket bodykits are disappearing or replaced with crappy frp replicas.

Pretty much, we should just sticky that 240sx should now be handled like a 240z.

1) Buy a cheap $1000 Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla.
2) Go to college/work in a job/start a business. Do not go step #3 until income exceeds $60,000
3) Look for clean 240sx out of state.
4) Put in $$$ for this restoration/money pit.

You're in an area where it snows and use alot of salt on the roads...define close to Chicago where you will find rust free 240sx? Look at a map and figure out where it doesnt snow as often as where you're at genius.

Then, you still have to think about what you're looking for, s13 vs S14. I can pretty much tell you that there isnt a whole lot of S14s in the Midwest and the Northeast. I'm in VA, and had to drive all the way to southern most tip of NC to pick up an okay but rust free S14 that didnt cost over $3k.
