you might want to lower the price, 250$ for 3 corroded center caps and a broken one is pretty stepe.

correct me if im wrong but 3 of them are missing a few clips in the back.

No they're held in place by rubber ring around the cap and its really tight. Those copper tabs don't do a thing, no idea what is the purpose of those.
