2005 mitsubishi evo 8 CHEAP

The time has come to put my silver 2005 mitsubishi evo up for sale. It is a gsr 5 speed with 75k miles. I am the 3rd owner clean title no accidents etc. I bought the car with intentions of building it, but things have changed and like my previous projects, i just lost interest. Unfortunately for me. but fortunate for you, everything on the car is almost new as i prepped for the build which I will list below. I would entertain trades, but I pretty much have my next car picked out.

Mods::
-Kelford 272 cams
-evo 9 turbo
-intake
-Full vibrant 3 inch exhaust
-AMS down pipe
-Hallman manual boost controller
-Walbro 255 fuel pump

Recent maintenance::
-Timing belt, waterpump, serpentine belt, tensioner pulley etc (done january 2013)
-L19 headstuds, done same time as above parts (january 2013)
-Full front pads and rotors (March 2013)
----have brand new rears included but they dont need to be replaced yet
-Samco hoses, and all new clamps, vacuum hosing etc (January 2013)
-Tires (November 2012) plenty of tread
-Clutchmasters fx400 and lightweight flywheel (November 2012) (has about 2k miles on it...)

Cons:
-3rd gear has a slight grind, doesn't do it when just cruising, but at about 5k just light pull it will grind. No pop out or anything just a bad synchro.
-Front passenger axle boot is torn, no clicking or damage to axle, just the boot.
-small pdr dent above the ds rear wheel well.

I pretty much bought the car with the intentions of building it, did every maintenance part i could just to make sure i wouldn't have any problems. Many people can vouch for the car, as i can also provide receipts for most of the parts. The car is pretty stock looking with evo 9 gsr wheels, and is the perfect daily at this point.

Im curious to whats crap about the car? because it doesnt have fake wheels and lowered on its face its a pos? Im selling a stock appearing car thats perfect for dailying thatll make around 360-370. Mistake me if I'm wrong but id say thats fun. \
Chances are your also one of those 240 owners who will complain about how shitty their 240 is when all they do is replace broken parts with other used parts. I have probably spent more money getting this car to a perfect maintenance point then your car costs my friend.

I picked up my 03 BBY for 14k, single owner, built motor, BBK full, DBA brakes, KW V3 coils on RPF1s and it was mint. If you can get 15k for this car, take it and run.

Ruckus isnt up for sale yet

Look bottom line is you guys are judging a car you know nothing about. The car wasnt even together when i took those 2 pictures. Im selling an evo that is ready to be built, not to mention most evos have 3rd or 5th gear synchro issues.

Theres no need for negativity. Im selling a clean car, if your serious come look at it i will let you do whatever you want drive it put it on a lift etc.

Lol shouldn't have put it on a Nissan forum. Bump for a fellow APS 8 owner! It's fairly priced, just don't be surprised by the weird prices people throw at you. With a rebuilt transmission, aggressive tune, and turbo maintenance, you'll easily make OG green numbers.

Thats almost as funny as the guy at the gym who was checkin out my bike and said there nice and that he was lookin to get one and that there sellin for like 8-10 grand used now. (bmw s1000rr...) come on now buddy you cant touch um for under 12k.
