This^^ he's completely correct. If you want help here you are going to have to put some effort into it. Aslo coming back with smart ass remarks isn't going to get you far either.

As far as your car, look around at other vert prices (craigslist,NADA). Those will give you a pretty good idea. Research goes a long way.
