question about lsd????

hey guys, im new to this, and i couldnt find it on search...i have a 240sx LE and i am getting lsd soon...does that mean i have an open diff? im pretty sure my stock 240sx LE does not come with a lsd...so...do i have an open diff? thanks...

yes sir...more than likely you lack LSD and do indeed have an open differential. But it's ok...most aftermarket LSD's can fit into the open differential housing.

Look for 95+ J30s in a Junk yard, they have LSD swap in one of those, and its kinda nice cuz you know that probably havent been beat on, cuz its a huge 4 door luxury car, auto, hehe.

If you have a 98 it might have LSD. If its the S13 LE i think it does not.

First of all its not 3.70, its 3.92 i believe. Seccondly you can swap the lsd into your 240sx ring and pinion and case and use your 240sx ratio if you want.
