k so i just replaced the gaskets on my intake manifold i had everything apart turned car back on it idles at 2000rpm and i cleaned the throttle bodies cause i thought it was carbon build up but turns out its a special wax that makes sure they dont leak air. Only thing ive heard of to reseal them is a tomei butter fly wax which by the looks of it is discontinued so i was wondering if anyone else knew of other products like it so i can get my car back on the road.
any ideas would help thx!

So, you pulled the intake manifold off to do what exactly? what was it doing before the 2,000 RPM idle?

had a coolant leak so replaced all the lines , than gaskets for intake manifold but i cleaned the throttle bodies cause i thought it was carbon deposit build up in them but turns out to be a wax. Car was idling at 950rpm before now at 2000rpm still sounds fine just high rpm i looked into it i know thats the problem just need something else to seal it since the tomei wax is discontinued .

I ended up using dry moly film lube i heard it worked so far so good but it back together idles back down at around 1000 rpm. so for anyone that does this in the future this stuff works :)
