E30 Project : I need a sedan

Alright I've got a 1987 bmw 325ic so convertible.
5 speed manual
Its got 167, XXX miles.
Like every E30 in the world the odometed quit
(one of the three plactic gears teeth strip)
Southern car so its 99% rust free.
Only rust on the entire car is a quarter sized spot of surface rust on trunk lid.

The good:
Newer m20 inline 6 dropped in 107, xxx miles
3.23 limited slip diff
H&R touring cup kit suspension (1.7 in drop)
Front adjustable camber plates
Rear adjustable camber and toe kit
Front and rear drilled and slotted rotors
New brembo brake pads
New stainless steel braided brake lines at all 4 corners
New stainless steel clutch line
New rear wheel bearings
1990 front and rear bumpers
Taurus side as skirts common mod (not installed)
Almost all interior lights have been switched to Leds
New JVC KDX50BT head unit
New Pioneer speakers
M3 shift boot and shift knob
Window switches switched to e36 switches
Interior is all black leather
Clean dash swapped in
(4) factory 14 inch bottle cap wheels
(2) 17 inch enkei or-52 wheels
New factory spec exhaust cat deletes back
Newer carpet swapped in
Rebuilt alternator
Rebuilt calipers
Rebuilt steering rack
New half shafts in the rear
New front control arms
New sway bar links
New bmw emblems still in original packages
Tons of new parts from bmw
Boxes of extra parts to go with the car

The bad:
Hood, pass mirror and front fenders need painted
Doors to back of car painted delfin metallic grey 5/10 condition
Back window has a hole in it. The top is in good condition otherwise 7/10
Random odds and ends, it is a project so dont be suprised
Brake lining light on (sensors removed)
ABS light on (who cares right)


I guess since I need a price $3500
Looking to trade for a sedan plus cash
Idealy I want a cheap civic or accord plus $1500
