Ok here's the setup s13 hatch redtop Sr20det stock with gt28 except 9.1 compression.
When I start the car turns over good and stays at about 1000 rpms and a/f ratio at 14.7 after about 10 seconds car starts to get real lean. If I even attempt to touch throttle it will get incredibly rich for couple seconds then back to lean..
I've adjusted my tps to .45 and when i w.o.t. it only goes to 4.02v not 5..
Also checked the maf and I'm getting 12v power, with key in on position my signal wire is at .08 and with car running my signal wire is 2v...
Also idle boost is at -.5 bar..
Any help guys?!

Does anyone know if these readings are correct?!

Your TPS is perfect. I dunno about your MAF readings.

FSM states , 3000rpm is around 1.4v to 2.0v
Idle should be .8 to 1.5v
I'd say 2.0v at idle is to high
Bar is usually positive pressure, inhg, mmhg, cmhg etc are usually used to describe vacuum
but 0.5bar converted to inhg is 14.76 so yeah idk

Well i will adjust rpms to 700 tomo instead of 1000-1200 like it stays at and it should bring the maf volts down to spec. But at 1000rpms idle my car is holding -0.5 bar shouldn't it be positive or is this why my cars running lean. Vacuum leak?

No, you are reading vacuum at idle and you are probably reading the gauge wrong too.
Best way to find vacuum leaks are a boost leak tester, be it smoke or compressed air and soapy water.

What's funny here as that you said your stock except:
9.1 compression and a gt28, which redtop came with either a gt28 or 9.1 comp pistons? To me that's far from stock. And if you're using a stock ecu, you should get tuned. Also add more supporting mods like injectors and mafs.

It does seem logical that the engine would run even without the supporting mods, but then you would have to be tuned for us to understand the reason behind you're running lean. Oh yeah how lean are we talking 19.5, 20.1 AIR or something like 15.5?

Thats why i said stock "EXCEPT" t28 and 9.1compression.
And I'm pretty sure I know how to read a gauge its not a hidden messege. Start car, gauge reads -0.5bar and stays there unless I give it gas.
Car will start and read 14.7 then gradually start to climb and I will shut it off before it hits 18. Don't want to harm it. Lean idle rich under boost stock ecu.

Hmmm. Weird thing is, my friend who is a master tech at nissan said the voltages are bs and setting that way wont work. I fucked with my tps for a good month, couldnt dial it in. He spent about 1-2mins, adjusted it with feeler gauges and it has ran perfect ever since. I have no idea what he did but it worked. Hopefully someone can chime in on wtf happened, and hopefully it can help the op lol.

The tps is good, as is the maf from what ive found online. Only issue I'm having is lean idle and rich boost, will have to get smoke tested next week when I have the money.

It wasn't an attack just trying to help you understand some shit and maybe make other shit more clear.
Also idle boost is at -.5 bar.
This is not boost it's vacuum and it's probably not in BAR because bar usually represents positive pressure.
Check ecu for codes then, then verify timing, then unplug mafs, then clamp down on pvc line with vice grips or needle nose. see if it stops leaning out. Usually sr's start rich then lean out, 13.5afr at startup to 14.7-15.2 at about 80c
then means put the shit back.

Clamp the hose where exactly? Right off the back of the gauge?

The PCV line, shouldn't be connected to a gauge, but if it is clamp an inch away from the PCV valve.

I replaced the pcv with new one last week to ensure that it was ok. But ill try.
Unplug maf and clamp hose then start car?

Unplugging the mafs, just seeing if you enrich up a bit
Clamping the pcv line, will lower the rpm meaning there is probably a leak somewhere and in turn may enrich you some.
