Snap on Tool box, kra5311, like new!

I bought this box new in March of this year.
Snap on sells it for 3000+ tax...
I'm willing to let it go for 2,250.
Taking over an 800$ loss for a box that has never been in a shop just garaged. Need to get rid of it so I can get a bigger roll cart at work and pay some bills.
Tools not included. I need those to use at home.
