HKS waste gate actuator 59.99

As the title says I have a hks actuator for 59.99 it fits both t25 and t28 I know this because I ran this actuator on both my t25 and t28 so here are the pics

I really don't see how that works on a t28. I've tried using a t25 one before and it wouldn't work....

This actuator is for the t28 but u can use it on a t25 but the t25 hks actuator works on the t28 if you drill the holes wider an it will work.
