no where in your post does it say anything about an NRG qr..... also whats "JDM" about a nrg qr and a ebay wheel??

well since you put it that way does it come with the cluster aswel? and the dash, blinker switch, pedals, and windshield wiper switch?

It looks like a 40 ebay steering wheel, hub and ebay quick release.

Some better pictures would help as well.

Not trying to be negative, the post is just lacking some detail
