Blueish/Grey smoke is burning oil. This can be many things.

I think it could very well "be many things." Happened to a friend of mine once. Turned out the injectors were feeding way too much gas. Check the dipstick see what level it is at. Oh, there was another post similar to this a week or so ago, here is the LINK (http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=49648&page=1&highlight=blown+turbo). Good luck.

It can be headgasket, could be a problem with the PCV system.... i have seen turbos that leak oil in to the intake system. Their are many reason. If it was a headgasket you can do a compression test. Find out that way.

I was thinking also.. if you have the tools or the connections to get access to one. You can take a 5 gas analyzer you can take the it and scan the oil cap to see if you are getting excessive readings of HC's.

Many things....bad rings.....head gasket....valve stuck.....the list can go on. If it was head gasket you would be losing coolant as well. Easiest way to find out is checking oil to see if it looks milky.

Careful their FastBack.... not all head gasket failures cause coolant to mix with the oil. I just did a head gasket on a eclipse and the seals around the coolant jackets were fine and the coolant remained where it should. But if the oil is milky its a dead give away.
