First BIG thanks to Martin at enthalpy for walking me through steps and letting me call him a million times.

Background on car Is s13 blacktop with greddy profec b 2, five 0 550cc injectors, s15 turbo. Warlbro fuel pump.

Okay at idle my boost controller reads around a 7 vacumm. Finally gets over .06 vacumm after following this throttle body wiring for vacuums

There's a total of three nipples on the TB. bottom left is capped off.
Top left is "T"d too the boost controller and fpr.
Top right is straight to BOV.

After following this setup the car finally reads boost and builds it but it began to leak fuel out the exhaust manifold from where I can tell. My question is why? Injectors are brand new and this website follows the same vacuum?

That and it takes me pumping the gas from 5-10 seconds to turn it on?

Any ideas? I'm fixing to full out the injectors to see if o rings are shot even though there brand new

Pull the rail first, not the injectors. koeo, look for leaks.
You don't have to pump the gas pedal, just keep the throttle open. That is a clear indicator of leaking injectors/over fueling.

You control the air, the ecu controls the fuel. so you are giving the engine more air to mix with the excessive fuel.

Pulled the plugs. Found #4 soaked with fuel. Took out fuel rail and primed the system. #4 injector leaking like a MF. Pulled injector and lower o ring is shot. Called enjuku and five 0 and everything got sorted out. Thanks sir!

Question though my boost controller reads a -80 at idle for vacumm? Do I have my lines incorrect on the throttle body?
