Old Drivers

Well, supposedly research has shown that older people don't drive any worse than younger people. Personally I find that to be bunk, especially since I got into a car accident today (don't worry, I wasn't in my car) She was riding our tail and not paying attention and slammed us twice from behind. Pretty swift huh?

Dood, I wish I knew. All I know is that I felt em tap us once and then BOOOM. It really sucked cuz it reminded me of getting into a bad accident with a friend of mine...

I cannot stand old people. I goto FSU and I drive with a bunch of insane teenagers, which is totally cool with me. But when I go home to visit all there are is old people and they drive me insane. The only time I ever get pissed off when I drive is when I am visiting home.

i hate any and all drivers in the road, if you're on the road, i hate you, you are in my way, and adding even more time to my commute and because you 'think' that light ahead is going to turn red, but you're not sure, so you hit the brakes just in case. &nbsp;nooooo i don't have road rage at ALL :wink:

Yeah, almost everyone is in my way because I will always be going as fast as the guy in front of me. Where I live Cops don't know what radar is so you can get away with a lot.

Yeah, driving with my grandpa is scary. &nbsp;He drive like a race car driver who has double vision and a concussion. &nbsp;Scared the shit out of me when I went home for Thanksgiving. &nbsp;When I do stuff with him, I drive.

when he shifts you cant even feel it...smoother than an automatic

but d00d, most old ppl... ugh
i mean sure, i'm down with that they hafta get around
but after the senility kicks in (not saying for all, just the ones that have pissed me off)
they really get annoying
i say there should be a competency test for driving when ur really old
just to see if ur capable of actually controlling the car, not driving 10 mph under the speed limit, and having a reaction time that wont cause you to make turns while there is crosstraffic
