was wondering how the rocket look on a s13 coupe/fastback... how does it sounds is it to loud or jus right..is the performance good or not do any of you recomend it or not? thanks. :boink:

I have one. I personally think that it isn't too loud. It comes with the silencer anyway. 80mm pipe and a reasonable price were my main factors when i bought it. Been having it for a year now. No rust or other kinds of damages at all, but my car isn't too low. In terms of performance, i don't know what to say. This has been the only exhaust that i have, so i haven't been able to compare with others.

i have it on my car.it's really light weight.it's as loud as hell without the silencer(it's even racing only in Japan).it's quiet with the silencer but lost some performance.so i would suggest using for track only.but anyways,i am going to put Kakimoto on my car for street use.:)

Well, i have this exhaust on my car. I used to live in NJ and experienced 2 winters with them. So far no rust. What i did do however was weld the slip flange and made it into a 1 piece. There was slight exhaust leak coming from there. In terms of loudness.. When i dyno'd my car (without silencer) it was faaar to loud. When i drive with the silencer out.. i get pulled over a block outside my house. With silencer in i get pulled over rarely. In terms of power. I had a ka24de with injen intake and a test pipe and this exhaust and pulled 155 hp and 155 tq consistently varying only by about 5 hp.. I feel that this exhaust is really good.. the only down side is that my can is starting to get a little shot.. too many winters and not enough care for it. Also the tip isnt overly big which is good. but it is a very deeep tone.

Yeah, Nadine used to have that exhaust.. it made it's way into our possession thru ~4-5 different owners.
