Considering that it has a trigger disk specifically for the Autronic unit, it won't work unless you're running an Autronic ECU. Furthermore, I'd rather not split it from the ECU and MSD because its a turn key package as is.

Unfortunately you are correct, they will not work for an S15 because of the reduced clearance of the S15 valve cover. Confirmed by the different part numbers for s13/s14 and s15. Thanks for asking!
