The car is in the process of getting a title, it's a lengthy and expensive process in any state. So for the price you have to assume it isn't titles, correct? How many titles skylines do you see listed under 15k. Common sense my friend. If you have titling concerns or issues, stick with s chassis cars, unless your ready to spend 15k plus.
