Hey guys, so ive been building an sr20 and i just got everything i need to put the belt on for the alternator. But the belt os extremely loose. the alternator is as far away from the engine as possible and i can take the belt on and off. not sure what to do about this, ive checked the belt sizes and im pretty sure what i have is right. They are Gates Micro-V AT K050370 and for the power steering K040345. thanks guys.
My belts are loose after I installed my ATI damper. I got a smaller p/s belt from NAPA: Micro-V 030334 11mm x 864mm. I need a smaller water/alternator belt too but haven't measured it and tried to find one at NAPA again.

Hmm, alright. I mean I didn't install anything special, I got an aluminum pulley set. Should all the the same size as stock though

An aluminum pulley set is special, sometimes those will have different sized pulleys to under or overdrive certain accessories. I bet if you hold the new ones up next to the old ones you will see a size difference.
