s13 Driver side floor mat retainer hook

So I got some floor mats, but the driver one keeps bunching up near the pedals and threatening to kill me. So I need the retainer hook to show that bitch that he needs to stay in place. It is connected to the frame rail night infront of the seat, has a little hook thing that the floor mat hooks onto with the metal ring.

I'll paypal you $8 for this stupid little pos part. You can ship it for like $1 in a bubble wrap envelope. if you want a little more I'll consider it. If you want like $13 you're crazy.
