WA: WTB s13 cruise control (from steering wheel)

I've been using an aftermarket steering wheel for several years, but now, would like to actually USE the friggin cruise control. I'm willing to pay for the shipping, but money is tight and I'd prefer to give a new home to the wheel of someone who's scrapping their CC, or being like me and just not using it. Please give a reasonable offer if you're willing to part with yours.
