WTB: S14 Kouki JDM front bumper or USDM Lip

As title states. Will not pay more than $200 picked up for a jdm bumper, unless it's in great condition AND comes with the lights.

as for the usdm lip, i MIGHT consider paying 250 if its new. probably around 150 used.
