is my chassis broken?

im in a middle of a motor swap and i noticed that the circled area is separated.

it's like that area is off the chassis, it somehow split apart. i think it broke off my from car being too low. i dont really have options and i'll be driving the way is it. i should be fine right?lol

weird.. i thought it was flex from going over speed bumps and eventually it just ripped off.

For whatever reason that was never attached, that's just how it is. It's the same on S13's as well...
