It's very sad to hear another tragedy happened in Texas.

Yes it's tragic, seems like just an accident to me though.

Yes it was an accident. but killed 15 people and hundreds of people injured from it.

More sad thing is Fire fighters were in the plant when it was on fire then explosion went on....

Better than the last time it happened in TX. Killed all the Firefigters in the whole County when it exploded IIRC. Took 16hrs to burn out with no one but volunteers to fight it.

Real fault is how companys can get granfathered in for health and safety regulations but I can't. Can't hurt yourself but you can hurt others...
