Well, it's that time again where I am lost and I need answers from Zilvians.

My car set up.
1991 240sx Hatchet.
SR Redtop.
T25.
FMIC.
Tomei Expreme Exhaust manifold.
Stock intake manifold.
Stock ECU.
No boost controller, no boost solenoid, so pusing around 7 PSI.
I am planning to upgrade to T28 sooner or later.
LSD.
Exedy Stage 1 clutch.

Car usage:

Daily commute, hooning sometimes.... No street racing or drifting at hardcore level.

1st question.

My exhaust manifold cracked (Tomei). I feel a huge loss of power the clap clap clap sound is driving me nuts. It has a crack right where the runners connect. Would it be possible to weld it? A lot of people recomment TIG, but right now I can only access MIG. Or just toss it and get a stock iron cast one?

I have marked where the crack is with a red line.

2nd question.

My clutch is on its last leg. I have Exedy Stage 1 right now, it's slipping like crazy. Since the car is not for hardcore racing or drifting, just a few clutch kicks in a while, should I get the same clutch, or upgrade to Stage 2?

Thank you.

Let the flaming commence!

Send out the Tomei for repair or sell it, don't just toss it.

Tomei said they won't repair it, I don't have the warranty and they receipts, etc.

toss it to me if you want aha
