So my block is torn apart at the moment, and in the process of building it back up. I decided to tackle the intake manifold and make it less of a mess. Removing emissions components and bypassing the coolant lines. I've read through countless threads to make sure I did things right. Just want a quick double check from you guys to see if what I did is right.

- EGR delete. Block off plate installed. Swirl valve and solenoid removed, as well as all the lines in the back.

- All 4 lines that lead to the charcoal canister have been removed.

- IACV (regulator and control valve) is untouched, as well as the thick hard line that leads towards the TB.

- Line that comes out of the manifold and goes to the branch of hard lines, exiting towards the TB has been capped.

- Coolant bypass on throttle body. I think I got this right: Coolant from the block (coming from the upper IM) goes through the throttle body and feeds into the line toward the rear of the manifold where the heater line goes through. What I basically need to do is cap off the line coming out of the upper IM and also cap off the line that feeds with the heater hose in the back. Am I right, or will I need to actually BYPASS the two connections with a longer hose?

- PCV.. delete? Do I just put a breather filter? The 4 little lines that come out of the upper manifold are all ripped and cracked. Would rather just plug it up.

- Since the charcoal canister has been removed, as well as all the lines that lead to it/away from it, will I need to cap anything? I remember reading something about a vacuum line coming from it that needs to be capped.

If there are any other things I missed, please let me know.

The hardline that used to connect to the charcoal canister is coming from the gas tank. Leave it open for ventilation!
