well went to the track this weekend. here is my setup 96 s14 red top, FMIC , fuel pump, 3 inch turbo back lsd , profec b at 14 lbs, stock t25 stock suspension , 205-45-16 nitto 555r drag radials. I had horrible wheel hop for the first 60 feet or so. I heated up the drags really good and they would grip but the car felt really really rough off the line, any suggestions to help my wheel hop and 1/4 mile times.

here are my 2 best times

60 ft 2.122 2.273
330 5.748 5.894
1/8 mi 8.737 8.857
1000 11.333 11.418

1/4 mi 13.527 13.585
MPH 102.82 104.02

what do you guys think good or bad.

decent times. Get Solid subframe bushings with the subframe spacers. You can use the solid bushings to eliminate wheel hop and the spacers to tilt your subframe backwards to increase squat for better traction.

Subframe bushings are a bit overkill. I would get some SPL subframe collars that don't tilt the subframe (and change suspension geometry) but eliminate the travel of the subframe between the body and the bolt.
