USER CP/Subscribed Threads

When i go to User Control Panel to view my subsribed threads, sometimes they dont show up. A few of them are there and a few aren't. Sometime an older post shows up on the list but there are no new replies to it but it shows up as a new post. I dont get it? I just recently had to click on "View all Subscribed threads" to find the thread i was looking for. Sure enough it had new posts, but didnt show up on the proper list(user CP)

Yes, i've been having this problem lately too, i am not getting e-mails from all the threads i have subscribed to and then they are not there in my user cp and there are new replys
