S13 P/S Hardline Delete?

Previous owners of my car removed power steering and all the hard lines so I'm in the process of getting it back together. I have the hard lines that go on the back of the rack, but the one on the front that loops is missing. I believe this line is used for cooling.

Is there a way to remove this whole loop and still have it work as efficiently, without adding in an aftermarket P/S cooler?

I don't believe this is a high pressure line. It goes into one of the two ports on the steering rack, and the other port goes to the pressure line to the pump, if I'm not mistaken.

That loop is for cooling. Unless you have adapter fittings on the rack where it screws into, you can't make it work without it. If you do get adapters you might as well go with an aftermarket PS cooler or bend up your own hardlines.

I made my own High Pressure line, added a PS cooler and eliminated the stock hardline.
