Hey guys, ive been doing some research for a few hours and CANNOT find the info im looking for. I just bought a 97' SE with a LS2 swap and its on stock wheels/tires w/ coilovers. Tires are shot and not nearly wide enough to put this power down.
I have a set of 265/35/18 Ventus V12's in the garage. Theyre like new.
Fenders are rolled. It's lowered but not slammed. I do NOT want any stretch. So the widest wheel i would get is 18x9.5 in the rear. In summary...
Is anyone running 18x9.5 wheels with 265/35's in the rear? If so, what offset wheel?
So confused. Sorry guys i know this info is prob out there. Im VERY new to this car. My other car is an Evo X. I appreciate any feedback as i need wheels and tires asap

Thank you sir! I'll read through that tonight. Im thinking about going 18 x 9.5 + 15 or 20 in the rear with 265/35's and something like 18 x 8.5 + 15 or 20 in thr front with 235 or 245/40
What you think? What camber you running?

I think you will be fine doing any of those.

Run +25 to +30 if you're planning on running wide ass rear tires and minimal/no camber. Then 225/40-18s up front on 9.5 +12 or +15s.

agree if youre putting down serious power and have epic camber you'll shred through tires like a paper shredder lol

I refuse to stretch tire. But I'm thinking of running a similar setup to this one. What you guys think? But I might run half an inch skinnier wheels and slightly smaller tires. So 17x9.5 +25 rear on 265/40 and 17x8.5 +12 on 245/45 up front
Think this will fit? Fenders rolled, alignment around 1.6 all around
