Need to find Center cap for 7 spoke S13 rims

Like the topic says, I need to find 1 center cap for an S13 7 spoke rim. Is this a dealer item and if so how much would it be? Has anyone ever replaced one of these or do most just do without? I have searched and found nothing on this which almost leads me to believe most just do without. Any info is apreciated and alternate sources are always good.
