im not too sure how long its been on as i am not the original owner. it runs at stock boost 5psi

Wow this is interesting. I would consider picking it up and stuffing the engine with the sc setup into the back of my SW20. Clean solara! Most are ragged out, unloved piles but this one is a nice change of pace. 5 speed v6 sc? pretty rare combo. even before adding the sc.

SCC quotes that their TRD-equipped solara put out 248whp and 228ftlb. Factor in a 12% drivetrain loss for FWD and thats 278hp and 255ftlb.

Our 1999 TRD-supercharged Solara passed through the first round of testing by recording 243 hp with 228 lb-ft of torque at the wheels using our in-house Dynojet dynamometer. The TRD Solara was then put through a gauntlet of track tests. From 0 to 60, it launched hard and straight, smoking the tires through first and most of second gears to stop the timing lights in 6.2 seconds. That was followed by a solid quarter-mile pass of 14.5 at 97.8 mph. So far so good: no overheating, no detonation and completely consistent. Lastly, it flew through our slalom course at 66.5 mph. While the numbers aren't astronomical, they were noteworthy when you consider this coupe weighs roughly 3,230 lbs.
