s13 actuator on an s14 turbo?

I bought a t28 s14 dual ball bearing turbo but it came with no actuator. I figured I would just reuse the one off of my stock t25 turbo but when I went to put it on I noticed that the bracket that attaches the actuator to the the turbo is different. I started justy modifying the bracket to make it line up correctly but now am having second thoughts as to if this will work or not. Does anyone have any insight? Should I bit another bullet and get an aftermarket unit?

the springs are close if not the same...if you can keep the waste-gate fully closed then you will not have a problem
