Tein He's settings

Hey what's up guys? I just installed my He's on my 93 hatch. I dont know jack about how to use them so I just installed them the way I got them. There is a drift event coming up next Sunday. I hope I could get some info on how to set them at different settings and such either from you or any of the guys at the event. There is a nut on the top part of the pillow upper mounts on the front ones and a special wrench that works on a some sort of special nut on the body of the shocks. As you can see I am lost. Anything would really help me out.

^ those wrenches adjust what height your car sits at. moving the stopper up heightens the car, moving it down lowers it. (if i remmember correctly). THe nuts that you can twist at the top of the coilovers adjust your dampening. righty tighty lefty loosey. have fun don't crash. HE's don't make you invincible or a masterofdrift.
