All depends on how badly you bent your front passenger frame rail. If you want it done correctly, then take your car to a body shop & have them place it on a frame rail machine...or it's equivalent.

Provided the damage is not too bad, then the body shop should be able to return the damage almost back to factory specs. However, that's no guarantee that your car will ever run straight again. Frame rail damage often causes "tracking" or alignment problems.
As for the cost of getting it repaired, depending on the damage & how much straightening is required, it may run you several hundred dollars. If you have a digital camera take a picture of the damage & post it. We might have a better idea as to the extent of the damage.
Hope this helps...
Good luck with the repair...

If you gota bent frame, VERY unlikely it be ever be 100% again. You can get em to custom bend it and make it aligned pretty good, but it will go outa wack eventully. The cost of replacing the entire sub-frame is very expensive, (around the cost of buying another 240) They'll fix it up as much as they can, but you'll just have to live with it.

I bought my 240 with passenger side major frame damage. I got it fixed to to 100% like brand new. I took the new frame section from a donor car and then had the body dhop do the rest. I could have fixed it myself if I had the right heavy duty welder. I just fixed a 240 with rear end damage and that was pretty simple also. If you are a good fabricator and welder and have the book put out by nissan for dealerships which has all the exact mesaruements in it, its pretty easy to do. The best thing to do if you are not sure about it, is to take it to a body shop. Although I paid one thousand dollars just for the body shop bill not including the frame section I had to buy. You cant even tell where they welded the frame they did an excellent job on it. Next time I would have done it myself , but if you are unexperienced have it done professionally.
