well my 95 240 revs super high after i start the car, idk if its because its flooded with fuel because i changed my tps and i did open the throttle alot to maneuver it in but im not sure if its that ?
what can i do to fix it and/or tell?

vacuum leak. leaks when it's cold, and the heat then expands the metal and closes the vacuum leak.

before i changed the tps and opened the tb a lot it ran decent

Did you make sure to set your TPS correctly when installing it? You could have F'd your TPS up. I had this same problem on my car and it was the TPS. Is it the stock TPS that you swapped it with?

it had an auto one and i replaced it with an oem i had, how would i set it correctly?

Did you not see the video that i provided? It shows you how to set it correctly.

yeah set tps correctly, spray brake cleaner on all the vacuum hoses and see if idle changes that way you know if you have a leak, also disconnect idle air control valve if nothing changes than its not working(had that once on my car it idled high to) could be a lot of things gotta go step by step

well i tried but it wont set to .444 when it lines up with the bolt holes it reads 1.5-1.8
idk if it the tb its self or what?

Seriously? Where'd you pull that info from? How about the ECU dumps extra fuel on cold start to help get the car up to temp? :facepalm:
