So I replaced my t25 with a t28 and tubular header today and as I was bolting everything back together I noticed that the little black tank mounted above the old exhaust manifold no longer fit due to the design of the header. The tank is attached to the head with a rubber line and t'ed to the intake pipe. I have heard of people bypassing this tank but I do not know how to do it and what the hell is it?!? Thanks for the help!

Pretty sure that is the catch tank/can. It catches oil and residues so they don't get back into the intake and gum shit up. At least that's my understanding of it...

I think the most popular one is Greddy.
