Hey i installed a greddy turbo timer and it is hooked up correctly and have solid power! but when i turn the key the controller ( the turbo timer unit) doesnt show any signs of power! But when i disconnect it from the black box it comes with and plug it back in some times the screen brightens up and says Off, and shuts off right away. Anybody have any idea what is wrong? everywhere i look it just had threads on cars keep running and such...... its a pain in the ass i just want it to work :(

Your connections might not be good. This is what happened when I installed mine. The turbo time would shut off when I turned the key off. I had a wire that didn't have a good enough connection. I re-checked my wiring and it was all good after that.

cant see how its broken if it flashes occasionally then shuts off so there is power getting to it just not enough or something is loose inside of it.

Mine were soldered too but the connection was too weak. But like everyone else has said maybe it is broken.

Dude this is like the definition of broken.
Doesn't work.. Random flashing screen..
Open it up and check the Solders inside.
