S13 hatch in Santa Ana with SR20.

First off, this is not my car. If this thread shouldn't exist because of that, I understand the delete/lock and apologize.

Anyway, saw this car when I was getting tires mounted. It has an SR20 that the owner says runs. All I saw was chassis seemed to be straight, saw the motor, FMIC, a BOV, a FRP hood, some ricer taillights and a steering wheel but it probably has other things.

The shop owner seemed to want to get rid of it but he doesn't do computers and isn't on Zilvia so I said I'd throw it up for him.

I called and the owner said to make an offer, i'll stop by and check it out after work, he claims that it runs good and to give it a compression test

Cool, get at it. He asked me no less than 3 times in the span of 2 minutes if I wanted him to start it so I don't think he's bullshitting.

Just heard from a friend that went to look at it that it may not be as good as it seemed. 3 seconds I guess wasn't enough time to assess quality. The wiring and the radiator might be suspect.

Who knows, buy it and strip it. Make offers accordingly I guess is what I'm saying.

What Ryan said, when I went to take a look its definitely not worth 3k. It has a fully stripped interior, seats are worn out, the windshield is cracked (4-5 cracks from the bottom to the top), radiator is filled with rusty water it seems, wiring looks sloppy and chopped, fans are not hooked up and no battery. No clue about how it drives or the suspension since you cant start it. Either pick it up and sell the motor and part out the car, or buy it and track it, it needs to much to be a daily, or even something that you can occasionally drive on the street. Theres some random parts in the trunk too, might have been tail lights and a cluster.

Got some update info for anyone interested in this hatch
Dudes pretty chill has a couple sr's around the shop
Took a couple more pix since I checked it out today I'd say the main kicker that hasn't been talked about yet here is that he said it has like 7 bills in back fees
Because of that I'd say its a 2k car
Has some kind of suspension, exhaust, and the motor does sound pretty healthy since he started it for me (blacktop)
