Hello, I bought this stock sr20det redtop, all stock, flawless wiring, engine etc from what I can tell so far the guy literally babied it.
The odometer stopped at 69,000 miles, guessing years ago, is there any way I can make that work again? Change the whole dash? Or what?

Pull the cluster out, take the face off (just a couple of screws) and give it a look. Or just get a new cluster as they are cheap.
Be careful who you talk to about messing with odometers- it's illegal to change/alter them.

Even if their broken?????
Now my question is if I change the whole cluster will the mileage change to the new clusters mileage or stay at 69000

Failridudh strikes again...
But to be nice, its not illegal as long as you make sure you note on the pink slip that the mileage on the car is NOT true, when/if you sell it. Theres an option for it on the FL title when you sign it since you have to put down the mileage of the car when you transfer the title. The system will automatically raise a flag when it noticed that your last mileage reading was higher than current. But since yours hasnt moved in yours, more than likely the cluster you'd find will be higher...you'd have to just check off on the mileage box stating that the mileage is not true on the odometer.
