I decided to sell my daily driver. The car runs and drives excellent and has always been maintained. This is overall one of the best maintained IS300s around and it has been very well taken care of, always detailed. The only issues whatsoever with the car are the paint scratches on the bumpers which any body shop can remedy for a few hundred dollars. Other than that this car runs and drives like new. I appreciate the feedback guys. I choose to take care of my things a certain way. I'm flattered by the comments, I don't know if my IS is quite flawless, but for a 12 year old car with 183,000 miles, it would be difficult to find a cleaner example. Thanks again for the compliments!! :)

From my experience, every 100,000 or so is fine. It is rare for a timing belt to break on a stock 2jz engine that is well maintained. What is important is to inspect the components at interval. I keep a very close eye on my stuff. The previous owner's father was a Toyota Master Technician. I sent him a message asking for exact miles the services were done. The timing belt on this car currently has lots of life left, the engine purrs like it's first day. You can't inspect this car's engine, chassis, interior or suspension and guess it's mileage. When the previous owner gets back to me, I will let you know. Most likely tonight.

I spoke with the previous owner. I apologize, I had my information wrong. The timing services were done at 90k not 60k. It might be good to do it around the 200,000 mile mark, although this car hasn't been driven hard, so if you inspect the T belt, you'll see it looks cherry.

Test drove the car and it was very smooth and quiet, car is in immaculate condition. The interior is very clean, deff would take a roadtrip in this car. Price is very fair for how spotless and maintained this car is. Glws.
