No, you can redrill the rotor to 4lug. I've also read that the stock Spec V rotor will work, but don't quote me on that.

as Got Insulin? said it is not required to have five lug, you can drill q45 rotors for 4 lug or use 2000-06 Sentra Spec-V or 1998-01 Altima SE rotors. I believe the Sentra ones are the closest fit since the Altima rotors are slightly narrower than stock q45 rotors.
