KA24DE turbo kit

Hey guys, finally have a bit of cash saved up and looking to boost my KA.

Looking for about 300 whp for a "fair weather" DD but want the ability to push up to 400 down the road. Looking for externally gated snail. I might consider a bigger turbo like a HX35, but am leaning towards aiming for a T3 that's good for 400 whp. I don't plan to race, so the long spool times of an HX35 probably won't be ideal.

By all means though, offer up what you think would be good.

I have a Garrett GT35R "the snail" that I will be putting a new/used turbine wheel/shaft on - due to turbo surging - its a T3 turbo if you want full spec LMK - it will been a balance ($50) - $900

I also have a fully rebuilt GT2560R AKA GT28R AKA t28 Ball Bearing Turbo

@JDS: Well, the GT35R would probably be close to what i'm looking for, but the price for it is out of my league. Might be going with a T3 Turbonetics a guy posted. Roughly 1k miles on it and for half the price. If I didn't also have to get forged internals, I might say that GT35R would be doable. :(

@Smokin18: I am looking for other things as well (partially why the price for the GT35R that JDS is selling is out of my league currently). I'm also looking for injectors, fmic (may just go with an ebay one here), header (waiting until I find out which turbo i'm going with to buy that), newer motor mounts (preferably NISMO's). Pretty much everything needed to turbo a KA from bone stock is what i'm looking to buy.
