I've owned this car for 10 years and I absolutely love it. It still puts a huge smile on my face every time I drive it. It's been garaged for the last 9 years and only driven on nice days. Hate to let it go, but I have outgrown it and it is time for it to go. Car has 225XXX on the body, but everything has been replaced. Engine has approximately 40,000 miles on it from me . The car does not have any rust. This car is not for the faint of heart as it is fast. I always babied it. Won't say that I never floored it because that's not true. It has been meticulously cared for and it is as reliable as it gets. Great engine. Closed block design. This car will never leave you stranded and is absolutely reliable.

Engine area:
SR20det blacktop, approximately 40k miles
Coolant changed last summer. About 1000 miles ago
Oil just changed
Cometic head gasket
ARP headstuds
Q45 alternator
2871R .64 turbo
Z32 maf
740cc nismo injectors
Front mount intercooler
Rear window sprayer converted into a radiator sprayer
Aluminum radiator
Aluminum intake with a smooth transition into the turbo
Turbo elbow, 3" downpipe, and HKS Hi-Power exhuast
No AC, heat works great. AC could easily be added back in if you have a compressor.
New fuel lines
New battery
330whp, 330ftlbs torque
Tuned with EEPROM software by Jason Greenawalt formerly of hybridynamics

5 speed
ACT clutch HDSS
S15 helical lsd. Rear fluid was just changed
Suspension:
Adj. Tension rods
Custom Nismo style tension rod bracket brace
Stance coilovers
Battle version rear toe arms
Adj. RUCA's. They are higher end, but I forget the name. They have top notch spherical rod end bearings
Complete custom X brace underneath the frame rails. Stiffens up the car very nicely
5 lug, 5x114.3
17x9 weapon wheels with Dunlop star spec tires
ST sway bars front and rear with upgraded bushings
New front control arms
Brakes:
Stainless steel brake lines
Z31 brake master cylinder
Altima calipers with Q45 rotors in the front
Stock caliper with a Q45 rotor in the back. Better known as the Z31 brake upgrade. I am the one who discovered this! Took me forever to figure it out!
Steering:
New HICAS steering rack
New steering rack bushings
Just aligned. Have the sheet
Interior:
Skyline seats. There is a rip on the passenger side.
Boost, oil pressure, water temp gauges.
Profec A electronic boost control
Sony radio with AUX input. All new speakers.
No rear seats. Have been replaced with carpet. I never really got a chance to finish it, but it covers up the rear and prevents some of the road noise as I also put down some foam under the carpet.
S14 seat belts.
Exterior:
All rust has been removed and replaced with new metal. Completely repaired the rockers back to factory condition. Used weld through primer along with por15. Then re routed the drains.
Version Select body kit including front, sides, and rear
Redded out tail lights
Rolled and pulled fenders, front and rear
Antenna shaved
Painted blue with black roof
Official East Bear non flip head light conversion
Bad:
Gauges are held on by extremely strong double stick 3M tape. I like it, but most may not
Paint is in OK condition
I redid the interior, but never did finish it to 100%. It's at about 90% done.
Just inspected 3/14.
Needs nothing and ready to drive to a good home. I will be driving it as my fun car until it is sold.
